Our premium subscription is a one-time payment of ₹999 that provides lifetime unlimited access to all features. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
• You have not used more than 10 operations after upgrading to premium
• There is a technical issue preventing you from using the Service that we cannot resolve
• You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date
• Change of mind after extensively using the premium features
• Violations of our Terms & Conditions
• Technical issues caused by your device or internet connection

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to pdfmocktests@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email address and payment transaction ID
3. Provide a brief reason for the refund request
4. We will respond to your request within 2-3 business days

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

In certain situations, we may offer partial refunds based on the extent of service usage and the time elapsed since purchase. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

If your refund is approved and processed, your account will be immediately downgraded to the free plan. You will lose access to premium features and be limited to 5 free operations.
