By accessing and using FileForge ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the Service materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without purchasing a premium license
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

FileForge offers a premium subscription for ₹999 (one-time payment) that provides unlimited access to all features. Free users are limited to 5 operations.

Premium subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

All files you upload and process through the Service remain your property. We do not store your files on our servers. All processing happens client-side in your browser.

The Service is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties. FileForge makes no representations or warranties in relation to the Service or the information and materials provided.

FileForge will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.
